At their Annual Meeting in October, the Colorado Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors appointed Amy Sherman to the Board of Directors.  Amy will represent the chamber of commerce and economic development industry perspective for Colorado.

“I am honored to serve on the Colorado Chamber Board of Directors for the second time in my career.  It is more important than ever to fight for Colorado’s businesses to keep them growing and our economy healthy,” said Amy Sherman.  Amy served on the Colorado Chamber Board of Directors from 2004-2011.

The Colorado Chamber of Commerce champions free enterprise, a healthy business environment and economic prosperity for all Coloradans. It is the only business association that works to improve the business climate for all sizes of business from a statewide, multi-industry perspective. What the Colorado Chamber accomplishes is good for all businesses, and that’s good for the state’s economy. It was created in 1965 based on the merger with the Colorado Manufacturers’ Association.
